This Privacy Policy explains what information Classroom collects when you use the app, how it's used, and the choices you have. We built Classroom to help students prepare for exams, and we try to collect only what's needed to make that work well.

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect:

Your name and email address, used to identify your account and let you log back in.
Your password, stored securely and never visible to us in plain text.
Your study activity, including which subjects and tests you take, your scores, and which notes you've viewed, so we can show your progress and send you your results.

We do not knowingly collect any information beyond what's needed for the app to function — no location tracking, no browsing history outside the app, and no data sold to advertisers.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and maintain your account.
To save and display your progress and test scores.
To send you an email after each test with your score and a short encouraging note.
To keep the app secure and prevent misuse.

3. Children's Privacy

Classroom is designed for students preparing for common entrance-style exams, and we recognize many users may be minors. We ask that a parent or guardian help set up the account and review this policy together. We do not knowingly collect more information than is necessary for a child to use the app, and we do not use children's information for advertising. Parents or guardians who want to review, correct, or delete their child's information can contact us at the address below.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your information is stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a password you don't reuse elsewhere.

5. Local Storage on Your Device

To let the app work with a poor or no internet connection, some of your study notes and test questions may be saved directly on your device. This local copy stays on your device and is used only to let you keep studying when you're offline.

6. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate core parts of the app, such as securely storing data and delivering emails. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

7. Your Rights

You can request to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us. If you'd like your account and associated data removed entirely, just let us know and we'll process that request.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally as the app changes. If we make significant changes, we'll do our best to let you know within the app.
