1. About Classroom

Classroom is a study companion app that provides practice notes and computer-based test (CBT) questions to help students prepare for exams. It is intended as a study aid and does not guarantee any particular exam outcome.

2. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• If you're under 18, we recommend a parent or guardian assists with account setup and reviews these terms with you.
• You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

3. Acceptable Use

When using Classroom, you agree not to:

• Share your login details with others or use someone else's account without permission.
• Attempt to copy, resell, or redistribute the app's content for commercial purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the app or other users' accounts.
• Use the app for anything unlawful or harmful.

4. Content Accuracy

We do our best to keep notes and practice questions accurate and useful, but Classroom is a study aid, not an official examination body. Practice questions, model answers, and explanations are provided to support learning and may occasionally contain errors. Always confirm important academic information with your school or the relevant examination authority.

5. Ownership

All notes, questions, design, and content within Classroom belong to us or our licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial study use only. You may not copy or distribute this content elsewhere without permission.

6. Test Scores & Emails

When you complete a test, your score is saved to your account and a summary email may be sent to the address you signed up with. This is intended to help you and, where applicable, a parent or guardian track study progress over time.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep Classroom available and working well, but we can't guarantee the app will always be free of interruptions, errors, or downtime. Some features may work differently or be unavailable without an internet connection.

8. Limitation of Liability

Classroom is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including exam results or academic outcomes.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the app evolves. Continued use of Classroom after changes are made means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
